POST AGM/ GM Finance ( Road Project) - DELHI

Candidate Profile
• CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from reputed Business Schools. For candidates
• 8-15 years in Project Finance , Finance , Fund raising , Financial Modeling for NH Roads projects with Banks / FIs / Investment Banking Groups.
• Candidates work experience in large corporate houses involved in fund raising with Banks and FIs will also be considered
• Highly articulate with excellent presentation, negotiations and communication skills (written & oral)
• Good at relationships and networking
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams under pressure to meet business targets
• Execution skills in terms of building relationships, understanding lenders / investors’ requirements and presenting a financing case
• Highly competent in business analysis and proficient with complex financial models
• Existing relationships with Banks and FIs with demonstrated ability in fund raising
Job Profile
• Liasioning with Banks/FIs and Investors for fund raising. Candidates having existing relations with banks /FIs / Investors would be preferred
• Negotiations with financial lenders / investors for financial closure for Road Projects .
• Supervision of preparation of business plan, financial modeling, comprehensive report writing.
• Arranging working capital for ongoing Projects.
• Supervision of legal documentation
